  • Provides programs to assist the company in overcoming past and present disadvantages by implementing innovative awareness techniques.

EEO -- Government Initiated

  • Is about making sure that the work place is free from all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
  • Incorporates policies & procedures.
  • Aims to ensure that anyone, regardless of race, color, sex religion, national origin, age, or disability, has an equal opportunity for a job based on his or her qualifications.
  • Partners with Legal to prepare responses to the EEOC and/or OFCCP (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission/Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program).
  • Prepares reaffirmation letters to be posted on all bulletin boards with the company’s statement on EEO and sexual harassment.
  • Conducts site audits to monitor compliance issues.
