Is about making sure that the work place is free from all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
Incorporates policies & procedures.
Aims to ensure that anyone, regardless of race, color, sex religion, national origin, age, or disability, has an equal opportunity for a job based on his or her qualifications.
Partners with Legal to prepare
responses to the EEOC and/or OFCCP (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission/Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program).
Prepares reaffirmation letters to be posted on all bulletin boards with the company’s statement on EEO and sexual harassment.
Conducts site audits to monitor compliance issues.
